Role Description
We are looking for a proactive legal professional to support the Legal Head in litigation management and day-to-day handling of legal cases across the Group.



The role will involve coordinating with external counsels/law firms, monitoring cases, supporting drafting and court-related matters, and maintaining complete litigation records.

• Manage and maintain litigation records and case files across Group entities.
• Monitor ongoing cases, hearings, notices, deadlines and other key litigation timelines.
• Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, advocates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely action on ongoing litigation matters.
• Support the Legal Head in overseeing drafting of legal notices, replies, petitions, applications and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and follow up on court/tribunal appearances, filings and case-related requirements.
• Maintain an updated litigation tracker/MIS covering case status, hearings, next dates and pending actions.
• Ensure all court documents, orders, notices and correspondence are properly
