? Role: Windows Application Engineer / Packager

We are looking for a skilled Windows Application Engineer/Packager to join our team and support the engineering, migration, deployment, and support of enterprise Windows desktop applications.

? Key Responsibilities
• Work with a global team of platform engineers and software developers
• Develop, test, and deliver enterprise software packages for user desktops
• Create scripts and integrate them with application packages
• Perform Quality Analysis (QA) and UAT for application packages
• Migrate and deploy application packages using MECM and Tanium
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through JIRA and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with application owners/users to resolve complex and escalated issues
• Support Windows desktop application migration and deployment activities

? Must-Have Skills




✅ Solid knowledge of Windows OS & Windows Installer (MSI)
✅ Experience with Windows Application Packaging Studio/Tools
✅ Strong scripting skills in PowerShell / VBScript / SQL / Windows Batch
✅ Hands-on experience with MSI, WiX and MSIX
✅ Experience with MECM / Intune / Tanium
✅ Knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policies
✅ Strong application troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills
✅ Working knowledge of enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / JIRA

? Good to Have
⭐ Experience in Financial Services / Banking environments
⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication
⭐ Ability to collaborate effectively with global/remote teams
⭐ Good knowledge of MS Excel
