Role Description This is a full time, on-site AR Calling role based in Hubli. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up with insurance companies and clients on outstanding accounts receivable, resolving denials,



discrepancies, and delayed payments, and updating billing and claim status in relevant systems. Daily activities include reviewing patient accounts, verifying claim information, documenting call outcomes, and escalating complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records, meeting productivity and quality targets, collaborating with internal billing and finance teams, and providing clear, professional communication during all interactions. The AR Caller is expected to adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines while supporting overall revenue cycle efficiency.
