Job Title: Workday HCM Technical Consultant
Experience Range: 4 Years and Above
Location: TCS Bangalore
Job Description:
• Solid experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Financials integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, and Web Services.
• Experience with middleware/integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or SAP CPI.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security framework.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration and data issues.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
