About the RoleThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer.
You will work across frontend and backend development, contribute to product development, build APIs and services, improve application performance and reliability, and participate in technical and architectural decisions.
This is an early engineering role with significant ownership. You will work directly with the founding team and have the opportunity to influence how the product and engineering practices evolve as NANDIX scales.
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.




• Build clean, maintainable and production-ready software.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive and reliable user interfaces.
• Work with databases and data-driven application workflows.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability and production issues.
• Write tests and contribute to engineering quality.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Work with modern AI/LLM technologies where relevant to product development.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and product team to turn requirements into working products.

Required Skills• Strong hands-on knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js or equivalent technologies.
• Positive understanding of REST APIs and backend archit
