The Business Excellence Lead will be responsible for driving
commercial strategies as a part of Business excellence within the
Asia region. This role focuses on monitoring business performance,
increasing forecast accuracy, enhance brand visibility and
engagement through cross-region initiatives & strategic pillars. for
the Asia region. This is a man management role reporting into the
Head of RM Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with
overall business goals reflecting Business excellence aspects
and country Marketing.
• Monitor business performance, analyze market trends and
competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth ~
Market Intelligence.
• Increase forecast accuracy through robust analytical methods
and data interpretation including design & develop, execute,
monitor dashboards
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance performance through
trainings, workshops and best practices.
• Lead cross-region initiatives to streamline processes and
improve operational efficiency thro management of budget Vs
expenses specific to marketing, Forecast Vs Sales actuals,
Incentive management etc.,
• Monitor, report KPIs of sub regions to measure effectiveness
and ROI @ marketing activities, providing insights that drive
continuous improvement.
• Propose new ideas and strategies to enhance the Asia
business, demonstrating robust analytical skills and Segment
based sales trends and planning.
• Manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including
social media, email, and search engines, ensuring alignment
with overall business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based
on data-driven insights to maximize impact across the team.
• Collaborate with stake holders to resonate with target
audiences and strengthen brand presence thro social media
posting, tracking activities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to
ensure best practices are implemented a
