We are looking for an HR Intern who is organized, responsible, people-oriented and interested in learning practical HR while becoming an active part of our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Hiring
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for interns and team members.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms.
• Source and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and maintain candidate records.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




• Coordinate joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Employee & Team Coordination
• Maintain employee/intern records, attendance and leave information.
• Coordinate with team members regarding HR-related requirements.
• Communicate company policies, rules and important updates.
• Help create a positive, professional and team-oriented workplace culture.
• Understand and address basic employee coordination requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• HR Operations
• Ensure assigned HR tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Maintain HR documentation and records.
• Assist with internship letters, certificates and other HR documents.
• Support day-to-day HR administration.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Team Culture & Participation

At Digital Lok, HR is not limited to paperwork. The HR Intern will also be expected to actively participate in team activities and culture building.
