The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our inside-sales team and drive revenue and admissions across Kaarwan's professional programs.
You will manage Sales Managers and Counsellors, own team targets, improve lead-to-admission conversion, and build a strong sales process that can scale with the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a target-driven inside-sales environment and knows how to coach teams, manage funnels, and consistently deliver revenue.

What You'll Own

• Own monthly and quarterly revenue and admissions targets for your team.
• Lead, coach, and manage Sales Managers and Counsellors to achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage the complete inside-sales funnel from lead allocation to counselling,



follow-ups, payment, and admission.
• Track daily sales metrics including calls, lead response, follow-ups, conversion rates, collections, and closures.
• Identify gaps in the funnel and take action to improve conversions.
• Review sales calls and counselling quality and provide regular coaching to the team.
• Build strong follow-up processes to improve conversion from interested leads.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead quality, campaigns, audience intent, and conversion performance.
• Improve sales scripts, objection handling, counselling approach, and closing processes.
• Run daily and weekly reviews with the sales team and maintain clear visibility on targets and forecasts.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop current sales team members as the business grows.
