Role: Associate Manager - Business Development (Media Sales)
Location: Remote / Work from Home (candidates based in Mumbai or Delhi, or with strong relationships in these markets, preferred)

Compensation: Rs 6-8.2 LPA, with performance-based incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a driven B2B media sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business and closing deals. This is a pure sales role focused on generating revenue through prospecting, pitching, negotiating and winning current clients. You will own your sales pipeline and revenue targets from prospecting through deal closure. You will sell through two routes to market:
- Brand-direct sales: pitch to CMOs, Marketing Heads and Brand Managers with an ROI and strategy-led approach.
- Media agency sales: sell through media agencies (GroupM, Omnicom Media Group, Publicis Groupe, IPG Mediabrands, Dentsu, Havas and others), respond to RFPs, negotiate commercial terms and build long-term agency relationships.
