Job Overview
Dugain Advisors LLP is looking for 2–3 CS Trainees to join its boutique professional advisory team in Karol Bagh, Recent Delhi.

The opportunity is designed for Company Secretary students who want practical exposure beyond routine MCA filings and statutory compliance. Trainees will work on assignments involving startup advisory, venture capital funding, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial compliance, corporate law, foreign company entry into India, NCLT/IBC matters, compliance due diligence and transaction-related documentation.

The firm follows a structured, process-driven approach and works across startup, corporate, transaction and regulatory advisory assignments.



The role provides an opportunity to work directly on live client matters and interact with founders, senior management, investors and other professional stakeholders.
