Job Description – Field Executive

The Bhaarath Depot is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Executives to drive MSME onboarding and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit MSMEs, manufacturing units and business clusters to generate leads.
* Explain The Bhaarath Depot platform and onboard eligible businesses.
* Develop and maintain relationships with MSME owners and business stakeholders.
* Identify current business opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
* Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned onboarding targets.
* Maintain daily activity, lead and follow-up reports.
* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and business operations.

Requirements:

* Any degree.
* 1–2 years of field sales/business development experience preferred.
* Good communication skills, especially Telugu.
* Knowledge of the local market and MSME ecosystem is an advantage.
* Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
* Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

Salary: 4 LPA
Travel Allowance: Provided by the company
