About Us
We Care Society (WCS) is a Bengaluru-based organisation that makes and supplies premium and luxury gifting products. We sell through corporate gifting companies, gift curators and hamper specialists, who put our products into gifting programmes for their corporate clients. Many of our products are made with rural women’s self-help groups and artisan communities. That gives our partners a gift with quality, craft and a real social impact story behind it.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to build and grow our network of corporate gifting companies. You’ll find the right gifting firms, make WCS their preferred supplier of premium and luxury products, and keep orders coming back. You’ll be the main contact for these partners.



That covers onboarding and catalogue pitches, pricing and samples, bulk orders, and delivery follow-up. You won’t be selling to end corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Partner acquisition
Find corporate gifting companies, gift curators, hamper makers, promotional merchandise firms and gifting platforms, mainly in Bengaluru and later across India.
Pitch the WCS premium and luxury range through meetings, presentations, product demos and sample kits.
Onboard current partners: pricing agreements, trade terms, catalogue access and product training.
Relationship management
Build long-term, trusted relationships with owners, buyers and procurement leads at gifting companies.
Become the go-to supplier for their premium gifting needs through regular visits, calls and new product launches.
Plan with partners ahead of peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, year-end, festive and event gifting) so WCS products make it into their
