Summary

Position Summary

The Director, Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Hyatt's integrated, customer-facing marketing programs across India & SWA that drive awareness, demand and commercial performance across Hyatt's hotels, destinations and experiences.

The role brings together commercial priorities—including Food & Beverage, Weddings, MICE, seasonal campaigns, destination marketing, lifestyle experiences, social media and strategic partnerships—into integrated campaigns that engage customers across paid, owned and earned channels.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, Commercial Services, Operations, Loyalty and hotel teams, the Director ensures Hyatt's commercial propositions are brought to market through compelling campaigns, partnerships and content that strengthen customer engagement, increase direct revenue and support hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute the annual Integrated Marketing strategy for India & SWA,



aligned with Hyatt's commercial objectives and business priorities.
• Build an annual marketing calendar that integrates key commercial moments including seasonal campaigns, destination promotions, Food & Beverage initiatives, weddings, wellbeing, luxury experiences and other revenue-driving opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, bookings and incremental revenue.
• Identify opportunities to create scalable marketing platforms that can be leveraged across multiple hotels while remaining locally relevant.
• Work closely with Commercial Services and hotel leadership to prioritise marketing investment based on business needs and market opportunities.

Seasonal Campaigns & Commercial Promotions

• Lead the planning and execution of Hyatt's major seasonal campaigns across India & Southwest Asia including festive periods,
