HEAD – FINANCE, ACCOUNTS & COMPLIANCE
Location: Pashamylaram
Function: Finance & Accounts
Experience: ~10 years, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, EPC or project-based businesses
Qualification: CA / CMA preferred; strong experienced candidates with CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com or equivalent qualifications may also be considered

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Control
• Take overall responsibility for accurate and timely maintenance of the company's books of accounts.
• Supervise and guide the existing accounting team across Hyderabad and Mumbai. • Ensure proper accounting of purchases, sales, expenses, fixed assets, inventory, payroll and other transactions.
• Establish appropriate accounting controls, approval processes and reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure timely bank, vendor, customer, GST and other ledger reconciliations.
• Review accounts receivable and accounts payable on a regular basis.
• Ensure correct project/customer/vendor accounting and appropriate allocation of costs.
• Oversee monthly,



quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
The Finance Head is expected to review and control the accounting function rather than merely perform bookkeeping personally.
2. GST & Taxation
Take overall ownership of GST compliance and management, including:
• GST return filing and payment • Input Tax Credit reconciliation and utilisation
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns • Reconciliation of books with GST records
• Vendor GST compliance and ITC eligibility
• E-invoicing and E-way bill compliance
• Management of GST notices, queries and assessments
• Coordination with GST consultants and authorities wherever required The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of GST as applicable to manufacturing, fabrication, interstate supplies, works/contracts and engineering equipment businesses.
