Summary

Position Summary

The Director, Digital is responsible for leading Hyatt's digital marketing strategy, digital performance, website content, and hotel digital activation across India & SWA. The role is accountable for driving direct channel growth, improving digital marketing effectiveness, enhancing Hyatt.com performance, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes through best-in-class digital marketing practices.

Working closely with Regional Digital, Commercial Services, Brand Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Distribution, Operations and hotel leadership teams, the Director translates regional digital priorities into market-specific strategies that increase qualified traffic, improve conversion, strengthen customer engagement and maximize direct revenue. The role also partners closely with hotels to build digital capabilities, improve content quality, optimize campaign performance and deliver a seamless digital customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Performance





• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for India & Southwest Asia, aligned with Hyatt's commercial objectives, regional priorities and direct booking strategy.
• Translate regional and global digital priorities into locally relevant digital initiatives that address market dynamics, customer behaviour and revenue opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital performance across customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention.
• Develop annual digital roadmaps, priorities and KPIs that align digital investments with business objectives.
• Provide strategic digital recommendations to the RVP Brand & Marketing and regional leadership based on performance insights and evolving market trends.

Digital Performance

• Lead digital performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, metasearch and other digital acquisition channels.
