Role Description The Sales Executive (B2B Industrial Sales) will be responsible for identifying and developing current industrial business opportunities, primarily for electrical and electronic systems, in and around Mathura. This full-time hybrid role involves visiting client sites, conducting in-person meetings, and performing some work from home for online meetings, follow-ups, and reporting.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting technical product solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with technical and production teams to understand product capabilities, align solutions with client requirements, and ensure timely delivery and after-sales coordination. Regular activities also include maintaining CRM records, monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in electrical, electronic, or engineering products and systems.
• Strong ability to understand and explain technical specifications, system configurations, and application use cases to industrial clients.
• Solid skills in lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in
