Role Description
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive PEPR’s B2B growth and build robust, long-term relationships with business and institutional partners.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, building and managing a sales pipeline, developing partnerships, and driving revenue through wholesale, corporate, institutional, and other relevant channels. You’ll work closely with the founders, marketing, and operations teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, close deals, and ensure a smooth experience for every business partner.

What you’ll do:




• Develop and execute PEPR’s B2B sales strategy to drive revenue and expand the brand’s business presence.
• Identify and generate new B2B leads across relevant industries, businesses, retailers, institutions, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure.
• Own the end-to-end B2B sales process, including outreach, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Create customised proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offerings based on client requirements.
• Conduct meetings, product presentations, and sales pitches with prospective partners.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop sales collateral and communication tailored to B2B audiences.
• Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client experience.
