usiness Development Manager – SAP SolutionsPraxis Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist – SAP Solutions to strengthen our business development team and drive recent customer acquisition.
We are looking for someone who understands that selling SAP is not about selling software licenses—it is about understanding a customer's business, identifying transformation opportunities, and recommending the right SAP solution.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities for SAP solutions.
• Engage with CXOs, business owners, CFOs, CIOs and functional leaders to understand their business priorities, challenges and digital transformation requirements.
• Consultatively position appropriate SAP solutions, including:
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition / GROW with SAP
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition / RISE with SAP
• SAP Business One
• SAP implementation, migration, integration, upgrade and support services
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification and discovery through solution discussions,



proposal development, commercial negotiations and closure.
• Work closely with Praxis pre-sales, functional and technical teams to develop appropriate solution propositions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear opportunity qualification and forecasting.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and key decision-makers.
• Participate in customer meetings, SAP ecosystem activities, industry events and other business development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities within target industries and develop account-specific approaches for customer acquisition.

What We Are Looking For• Prior experience in selling SAP solutions and services, preferably within the Indian enterprise/SME market.
• Good understanding of one or more of the following:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• GROW with SAP
• RISE with SAP
• SAP Business One
• Strong experience in consultative /
