Role Description The Sales Development Representative role at Volody is a full-time, on-site position based in Goregaon for Mumbai-based candidates only. The individual will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team.



Day-to-day activities include researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, nurturing relationships through consistent follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support pipeline growth for Volody’s CLM solutions. The Sales Development Representative is expected to meet and exceed defined activity and performance targets while providing a qualified and consultative experience to prospects.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying opportunities.
• Strong Communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English and confidence in presenting to business stakeholders.
