• Experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Switchgear Industry preferred.
• Handle procurement of electrical, mechanical and fabrication materials for panels.
• Prepare and release RFQs, purchase orders and comparative statements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules and material availability.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors for electrical panel components.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design and Costing teams for material requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase data and documentation.
• Monitor market prices and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Follow up on pending materials, shortages and quality-related issues.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software.
• Valuable communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
