Midori Life is a growing health & wellness brand building a modern, premium lifestyle around matcha and clean living. We’re looking for a Business Associate Intern who is curious, analytical, proactive, and excited to work across different areas of a growing consumer brand.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business, sales, operations, growth and strategy rather than being restricted to one function.

What you’ll work on:• Support the founder and core team on day-to-day business initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research
• Assist with B2B sales and business development
• Identify and reach out to potential cafés, retailers, gyms, Pilates studios and other partners
• Track leads, follow-ups and sales pipelines
• Support D2C and marketplace growth initiatives
• Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with marketing, finance and operations teams
• Prepare business reports, presentations and dashboards




• Assist with new product launches and strategic projects
• Help identify operational gaps and find practical solutions
• Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → results

What we’re looking for:• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong research and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in startups, D2C, consumer brands, sales and entrepreneurship
• Someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty and figuring things out
Prior startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
