Role Description The Senior Finance Associate at FACE Prep Campus will manage core financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to support decision-making. This full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves overseeing monthly and annual closing activities, tracking budgets and expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and compliance with internal policies.



The Senior Finance Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support audits, and assist in optimizing resource allocation for programs and partnerships. The role also includes improving reporting processes, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and communicating key financial information to leadership in a clear, structured manner.
