Role OverviewWalkzero is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS sales qualified who can independently manage qualified opportunities from discovery through product demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understanding business problems, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities• Own qualified Walkzero HRMS opportunities from discovery to closure.
• Conduct detailed discovery meetings with HR, Admin, Finance, and Management teams.
• Understand existing HRMS, attendance, payroll, and workforce-management processes.
• Conduct Walkzero product demonstrations based on customer requirements.
• Present business value and ROI instead of simply demonstrating features.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Handle product, pricing, and competitor objections.




• Manage follow-ups and move opportunities systematically through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new customers.
• Build strong relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Founders, and business decision-makers.
• Work with SDRs to improve lead qualification and outbound messaging.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, follow-ups, forecasts, and closure probabilities in CRM.
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback with the Founder and product team.
• Gradually take ownership of larger and more strategic customer opportunities.

Preferred ExperienceWe strongly prefer candidates who have sold one or more of the following:
• HRMS / HCM
• Payroll software
• Attendance / Workforce Management
• ERP
• CRM
• B2B SaaS
• Enterprise business applications

Prior experience selling HR technology will be a strong advantage.
Required Skills• Strong B2B solution-selling ability.
