They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

​Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to act as a strategic force multiplier for the Founders/Executive Office. You will drive cross-functional alignment, oversee critical strategic initiatives, streamline executive workflows, and help execute the company’s growth roadmap.
​Key Responsibilities:
​ Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority special projects across marketing, distribution expansion, supply chain, and investor relations.
​Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect dots across sales, operations, finance, and branding teams to ensure accountability and seamless execution of company OKRs.
​Executive Support: Prepare high-stakes board decks, investor updates, pitch materials, and strategic business
