Role Description The Consultant Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care to patients with conditions such as constipation, piles, hernia, and related colorectal and lifestyle diseases. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing diagnostic evaluations, recommending treatment plans,



and carrying out surgical and minimally invasive procedures in accordance with clinic protocols. The role also involves collaborating with anesthesiology, nursing, and support staff, overseeing pre- and post-operative care, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical quality and safety standards. The Consultant Surgeon will participate in case discussions, continuous medical education, and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS) with MS or DNB in General Surgery; additional specialization in colorectal or Proctology related surgery is an advantage.
• Valid medical registration and license to practice, with proven clinical experience in colorectal, hernia, and minimally invasive surgery.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, including experience with advanced imaging and colorectal assessment techniques.
