About TargetGrid.aiTargetGrid.ai is an AI-driven B2B sales platform. It helps sales teams find the right accounts, score how well they fit, and run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp. We are a small team, so you will work directly with the founders and see the impact of every meeting you book.

What you will do• Cold call senior decision makers (founders, VPs of Sales, Heads of Growth) and book qualified meetings.
• Run multi-channel outreach sequences across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts and personalise your pitch to each prospect's situation.
• Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile before handing them to the closing team.
• Keep the CRM accurate: every call, email and outcome logged on the same day.
• Share what you hear on calls (objections, competitor mentions, pricing feedback) with product and marketing.




• Meet weekly targets for calls, conversations and meetings booked.

What we are looking for• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR at a B2B SaaS company.
• MBA Degree
• Genuinely comfortable cold calling senior executives, and able to handle rejection without losing energy.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A track record of hitting or beating meeting or pipeline targets. Please share numbers in your application.
• Hands-on with at least one CRM and one sales engagement tool.

Nice to have• Experience selling to US or international buyers.
• Familiarity with our competitors and commonly used sales tools.
