Desktop Support Engineer

Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
Location: Okhla / Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Job Responsibilities
• Provide basic desktop and IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, keyboard, mouse and other hardware issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS, software, drivers and applications.
• Perform desktop cleaning and basic hardware maintenance.
• Diagnose hardware problems and coordinate for repair/replacement when required.
• Set up computers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic network, LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees.





Required Skills
• Good hardware knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to perform desktop cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
• BCA /Diploma in IT / Computer / related field

Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with desktop support experience will be preferred.
