About the Role

Srujan Infotech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media creatives, branding, digital marketing visuals, and promotional designs.

Key Responsibilities

* Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
* Design social media posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, ads, and promotional creatives
* Develop graphics for digital marketing campaigns and client brands
* Maintain brand consistency across different creatives
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams
* Understand client requirements and convert ideas into visually appealing designs
* Create designs for festivals, campaigns, events, and promotional activities
* Make revisions based on client/team feedback
* Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats

Required Skills





* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools
* Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and branding
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creatives is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

* 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing
* Experience with an advertising/digital marketing agency will be preferred
* Portfolio showcasing social media and branding work
* Ability to take quick decisions and work independently
