Role

This is a full time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sr. Manager - Performance Marketing & Creative Strategy. The role will involve owning paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta, Google, and marketplace and quick-commerce ad platforms, while shaping the creative that powers those channels. The Manager will be responsible for planning and scaling campaigns, managing budgets and channel mix, and driving core metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and blended CAC. The role also requires building creative strategy from the ground up, ideating hooks and ad concepts, briefing creators, designers, and copywriters, and turning performance data into the next round of winning creatives. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams such as brand, content,



and product to ensure paid and organic efforts pull in the same direction and to support strong product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads, with hands-on campaign management experience
• Expertise in creative strategy, including the ability to ideate, brief, and evaluate ad concepts that convert
• Familiarity with quick-commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and marketplaces such as Amazon is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to back decisions with data and live in performance dashboards
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel, from first impression to repeat purchase
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as brand, content, product, and design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for briefing creators and aligning stakeholders
