Founded in 2016, Finpeg combines quantitative research with personalized relationship management to help investors build and manage long-term mutual fund portfolios through a transparent, evidence-based process.
Finpeg was founded by Shubham Satyarth, who started his career as an engineer at Goldman Sachs before moving into fund management at Kotak Securities, where he managed institutional portfolios of ₹2,500+ crore.
We're now entering our next phase of growth and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play an important role in building the business.

About the Role
This isn't a traditional Relationship Manager role.
As an early member of the team, you'll own the customer journey, from the first conversation with a prospective investor to becoming their trusted relationship manager.
You'll be involved in both client acquisition and relationship management. You'll speak with prospective clients,



help them understand Finpeg, onboard them, and then continue to build and manage those relationships over the long term.
Since we're a startup, you'll also wear multiple hats and work closely with the founders to help build and improve the business.

What You will do:

Client Acquisition:
· Speak with prospective investors who have expressed interest in Finpeg.
· Understand their financial goals, investment needs, and requirements.
· Explain Finpeg's investment philosophy and approach.
· Guide prospects through the onboarding and investment process.
· Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
· Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
