Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Pune City. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads,



and build a robust sales pipeline within the events and experiential marketing sector. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and seeking opportunities for repeat and cross-selling of services. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client expectations with operational capabilities, track market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
