What will you be doing?

As the ERP Portfolio Demand & Delivery Leader, you will own the end to end flow of ERP demand across the global enterprise, ensuring initiatives are effectively assessed, prioritised, funded and delivered.



You will work closely with business and IT leaders to align investment decisions with strategic objectives while maintaining visibility of portfolio performance, risks, dependencies and resource capacity.

You will lead the governance and successful execution of ERP projects, programmes and enhancements, ensuring delivery excellence across a complex global landscape. By partnering with stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, you will create a transparent and disciplined portfolio environment that drives measurable business outcomes and supports Smith+Nephew's continued growth and transformation.
