Role Overview

The Lead Activation Associate is responsible for managing and progressing customer and partner leads through the activation process.
This role focuses on maintaining the CRM, following up with inbound and outbound leads, coordinating next steps, and ensuring qualified opportunities continue moving through the sales and partner onboarding cycle.
Key Responsibilities





CRM & Lead Management• Manage and maintain customer and partner leads in Zoho CRM.
• Ensure lead information, activities, notes, and follow-up actions are accurate and up to date.
• Track leads across different stages of the pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain clear visibility into active opportunities, pending actions, and stalled leads.
• Help maintain overall CRM data quality and pipeline discipline.

Customer Lead Activation• Follow up with prospective customer leads and understand their needs and areas of interest.
• Maintain consistent engagement with qualified leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate discovery calls, demonstrations, meetings, and other next steps with the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up after meetings and ensure agreed-upon actions are completed.
• Help move qualified leads toward becoming active customers.
• Update lead status and activity in the CRM throughout the
