Meta Ads Executive / Manager | Wincible Media | Bhopal (In office)
Wincible is a performance marketing and UGC ad agency in Bhopal. We run paid acquisition for D2C, edtech and service brands, with monthly ad spend in lakhs. We're hiring someone who is strong at two things:

1. Running Meta ads that perform
• Build and manage campaigns end to end: structure, audiences, budgets, bidding and creative testing
• Read the data daily and work out why performance moved (creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking issues or the landing page) before changing anything
• Scale budgets without breaking results
• Set up and fix tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions)

2. Facing clients with confidence
• Explain performance to business owners in plain language: what happened, why, and what's next




• Present a bad month honestly and still keep the client's trust
• Own client calls, reports and next-step plans

Must have
• 2+ years managing live Meta ad accounts (agency, in-house or freelance)
• Has handled ₹3 lakh+ monthly ad spend
• A real example of scaling a campaign successfully
• Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate

Good to have
• UGC ad experience, D2C or edtech background, Google Ads, Shopify/GA4, and comfort talking to clients in both Hindi and English
