Role Description The QA/Quality Control Lead for ClinTrust
What you'll do:
→ Build and own our QA strategy, test plans and release gates
→ Test complex financial workflows: grant budgets, milestone and visit-based payments, multi-currency, reconciliation, invoicing
→ Set up automated testing (UI + API) and integrate it into CI/CD
→ Validate audit trails, role-based access, and data integrity
→ Support compliance readiness (GCP principles, 21 CFR Part 11 / ALCOA+, PDPA/GDPR)
→ Run UAT with sites and sponsors, and turn real-world feedback into fixes

What we're looking for:
✔ 8+ years in QA/QC for SaaS, ideally fintech, payments or regulated healthtech
✔ Hands-on with test automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and API testing (Postman, REST)
✔ Solid eye for edge cases in money flows: rounding, FX, partial payments, reversals
✔ Bonus: clinical trial, CRO, or computer system validation (CSV) experience
✔ Someone who treats a missed bug as a personal insult (in the best way)
