Are you an experienced Air Logistics professional with a strong track record in carrier procurement, commercial negotiations and capacity management?

We are looking for a National Air Logistics Procurement & Carrier Manager to join our Air Logistics team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our carrier portfolio, strengthening strategic airline partnerships and driving procurement strategies that enhance our competitiveness, service quality and profitability. This is an individual contributor role with strong commercial influence, working closely with our gateway,



pricing and development teams as well as our global Air Logistics organisation.

How you create impact

• As the National Air Logistics Procurement & Carrier Manager, you will:
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with airline partners and the GSA community, while identifying and developing new carrier partnerships.
• Lead carrier negotiations and selection based on demand, rates, capacity and service quality.
• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for export gateways in alignment with business requirements and global procurement strategies.
• Source and secure cost-effective airfreight capacity across commercial carriers, charter carriers and GSAs.
• Procure charter and part-charter capacity based on internal customer requirements, in close collaboration with the charter organisation.
• Conduct regular business reviews with selected carriers, assessing performance, commercial development and future opportunit
