We at AMA, advise and represent clients in corporate and commercial disputes/litigation, arbitrations, and more. Our primary areas of practice include Companies Act 2013 and IBC, 2016 with a large amount of work at NCLTs and NCLATs in addition to matters before High Court of Madras, DRT, DRAT, RERA, and other forums.
We are looking to hire 2 Associates, preferably candidates based in and around Chennai/TN for logistical viability.
Applicants with 1–2 years’ experience and a robust understanding of IBC, 2016, the Companies Act, 2013, Contract Laws, arbitration, and other major substantive laws will be preferred.
Remuneration will be subject to discussion.
