Bhuvaneswari Tex is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager in garment manufacturing to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and labour-related requirements across our garment manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
• Handle audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Manage employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:




• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR & Compliance within garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, factory compliance, and HR practices.
• Experience handling social compliance audits and buyer compliance requirements will be preferred.
• Robust communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
