ABOUT THE ROLE

All Starr Club is relaunching as Jagatpura's social wellness club, with a covered pool, racquet sports, an Antimatter Fitness gym and new café, lounge, recovery and co-work spaces.

As a Membership Advisor you are often the first person a family meets. You show them the club, help them choose the right membership, and stay in touch so they join, settle in and renew. We want hosts who sell with warmth, not pushy salespeople.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond fast: Call every new lead within 1 hour; log every enquiry, call and visit in the CRM.
- Give great tours: Walk prospects through every floor (pool, courts,



gym, recovery, lounge) and end with coffee in the lounge and a trial booking.
- Match the right tier: Understand each person's or family's needs and recommend the right membership, honestly.
- Follow up: Contact prospects on day 1, 3 and 7 after the tour; invite them to trials and club events.
- Upgrade existing members: Call current All Starr and Antimatter members and explain the current tiers and upgrade offers.
- Bring in new leads: Staff stalls at residential societies, schools and events; ask happy members for referrals.
- Onboard new members: Welcome kit, app set-up, and booking their fitness assessment and first event.
- Support renewals: Contact members before expiry and flag anyone who has stopped visiting.
- Keep paperwork clean: Accurate forms, payments, receipts and autopay set-up.
