Role Description The Branch Sales Manager role at Truhome Finance Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading the branch sales team to achieve business targets in affordable housing finance, including sourcing and managing home loan customers,



particularly in the low- and middle-income and self-employed segments. Day-to-day activities include driving lead generation, overseeing customer acquisition and retention, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, coordinating with operations, credit, and collections teams, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, local businesses, and community stakeholders. The Branch Sales Manager is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, support process improvements, and contribute to the branch’s overall profitability and growth.
