We combine our own software with human collectors, so clients get recovery outcomes rather than a tool they have to staff and run themselves. We are not a voice bot vendor. We are not a generic SaaS product. We are the team that recovers the money.

Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager: Lead Generation and Awareness

Location: Bengaluru, India. (100% WFO)

Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST. This covers the UK business day and the start of the US East Coast morning.

The role

You own two things: filling the pipeline, and making sure the right people in US and Canadian receivables know who we are before we ever call them.

Roughly How The Week Splits

• 50% lead generation. Building and running the outbound and inbound motion that produces qualified meetings.
• 35% awareness. Content, events, industry presence, search, and answer engines. Getting Skit.ai into the conversation.
• 15% product marketing.



Sharpening how we describe what we do, and arming Sales with the material that closes.

This is a builder role, not a maintainer role. The motion is not fully built yet. You will be the one building it.

What You Will Own

Lead generation

• Build and maintain the ICP and target account lists for US and Canadian lenders, banks, credit unions, fintechs, debt buyers, and collection agencies.
• Run account research and enrichment in Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Find the real buyer, not the closest job title.
• Write and run outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn. Test messaging, measure reply quality, kill what does not work.
• Own inbound capture and routing in HubSpot. Forms, lead scoring, follow-up speed, handoff to Sales.
• Report pipeline weekly. Meetings booked, meetings held, pipeline sourced, cost per qualified meeting, and where each number is stuck.
