About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth for our premium built-in appliance portfolio across Delhi/NCR. The role will be responsible for territory sales, channel development, dealer/distributor management, and relationship building with kitchen studios, architects, interior designers, and other key influencers.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in premium built-in appliances, modular kitchens, consumer durables, or premium home/lifestyle solutions, along with an established network across the Delhi/NCR market. Candidates with experience in brands such as Häfele, Faber, KAFF, Bosch, Siemens, Elica, or similar premium brands will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned Delhi/NCR territory.
• Develop and manage business through dealers, distributors, kitchen studios, and retail partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, modular kitchen companies, and other key influencers to generate business opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, kitchen studios, and channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Drive primary and secondary sales, monitor stock availability, and ensure healthy inventory levels across the channel.
• Generate and manage project and retail leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities, competitor activity, pricing trends, and market requirements.
