Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Branch Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their insurance needs,



and recommend appropriate non-life insurance products such as motor, health, and home policies. Responsibilities include managing branch-level sales activities, meeting business targets, handling customer queries and service requests, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for underwriting and claims, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance. The Branch Relationship Manager will also support local marketing initiatives, participate in branch reviews, and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
