Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Baleshwar. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a network of insurance advisors and agency partners.



This role involves setting sales targets, driving health insurance sales through the agency channel, and monitoring performance against business objectives. The Agency Manager will conduct regular training and coaching sessions, ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
