Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Bhimavaram. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable Bajaj Finserv products in lending, insurance, and wealth advisory. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits,



and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding processes. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, coordinating with branch and operations teams, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to uphold regulatory and company compliance standards while representing the Bajaj Finserv brand in the local market.
Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers, listen actively, and communicate financial solutions clearly and professionally.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding assigned targets.
