We are looking for an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise Windows platform engineering, automation, deployment, and support.

? Role: Windows Engineering – Systems Engineer
? Location: Pune
? Work Mode: Onsite
⏳ Experience: 4 to 6 years

? Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with global platform engineers and software development teams
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Windows platform solutions — analysis, design, testing, release and support
• Engineer and maintain automated Windows desktop builds across virtualized and cloud environments
• Evaluate and test commercial solutions for Buy vs. Build decisions
• Perform performance testing of Windows desktop/server builds across physical and virtual platforms
• Troubleshoot and support enterprise Windows environments




• Drive automation and continuous improvement of Windows engineering processes

? Must-Have Skills
✅ Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Windows Server 2016+
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals
✅ Group Policy (GPO) & Windows security
✅ Windows Networking
✅ SCCM / MECM
✅ MDT / Windows Build Engineering
✅ WSUS / Patch Management
✅ Robust PowerShell, VBScript, SQL & Windows Batch scripting
✅ VDI experience – Citrix / RDS
✅ Windows deployment and automation
✅ Experience with virtualized environments
✅ Secure infrastructure / DMZ concepts
