Role Description The Celebrity Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day relationships with celebrities, artists, and influencers, including coordinating schedules, negotiating contracts, and overseeing brand collaborations and event appearances. The Celebrity Manager will identify and pitch suitable opportunities,



liaise with clients and agencies, and ensure smooth execution of endorsements, campaigns, and live events. Responsibilities include tracking performance of collaborations, maintaining detailed records of engagements, and managing communication between talent, internal teams, and external partners. The role also requires staying updated on industry trends, building new partnerships, and supporting long-term career planning for the talent roster.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent management, celebrity relations, or artist management, preferably within entertainment, media, or events.
• Strong skills in client servicing, stakeholder management, and relationship building with both talent and brand partners.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and fees, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and appearances.
