About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, social media expertise, content creation, and digital marketing knowledge to deliver measurable results and enhance brand visibility for our D2C merchandise brand.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop, curate, and manage high quality content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

•⁠ ⁠Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with marketing and brand objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including paid social ads, Google Ads and email marketing.

•⁠ ⁠Lead content creation efforts including blogs, articles and other written materials to support SEO and brand engagement.





•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with content writers and coordinate with team members to ensure timely and high quality content delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and audience engagement to inform strategy.

•⁠ ⁠Track, analyze and report on performance metrics across social media and digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Support SEO efforts including keyword research, content optimization and link building strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Manage social media interactions, respond to queries and maintain a positive brand image.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in planning influencer collaborations, brand campaigns and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing and digital marketing.

•⁠ ⁠Robust writing, editing, storytelling and content creation skills including blogs, articles and social media posts
