Manager, PBE Global FOC - SKF Automotive Business

We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Manager, PBE Global FOC. This role will be based in Pune and will report to the Strategic People Business Enabler Automotive Business.

Purpose of the role:
As People Business Enabler for Finance Shared Services, the role is responsible for driving the people agenda for a high-volume, process-driven global finance organization. The role will partner closely with shared services leaders in our main Financial Operation Centers in India, Polen, Mexico and China.




The role combines the strategic and tactical HR-responsibility of Finance Operations globally, with hands-on, local HR support to the India based center.
A key focus is to deliver consistent and engaging employee experience while supporting operational excellence across finance service lines such as P2P, O2C, R2R and transformation teams, and to enable effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and employee engagement.

Business HR Partnering
• Act as a trusted HR partner to Finance Shared Services leaders and managers, translating business needs into pragmatic priorities.
• Support HR operations and people processes aligned with agreed service levels, internal governance and stakeholder expectations.
