About the Role :
We are looking for a Lead Developer – ETL who combines strong technical expertise with the communication skills, maturity, and ownership expected from a Lead-level professional.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on ETL development, SQL, scripting, system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of complex technical issues, working independently, interacting with U.S.-based teams and customers, and driving issues through to resolution.
We are looking for someone who can understand a requirement, analyze the problem, design the right technical solution,
and implement it hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute ETL development, implementation, and integration activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, scripts, workflows, and system integrations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of application and integration issues.
• Analyze system issues and identify practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Work with databases, APIs, backend systems, and enterprise applications.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimization.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear implementation approaches.
• Take ownership of complex technical issues from investigation through resolution.
